IATF 16949 Certified Factory
All UB PARTS products are manufactured in factories certified under IATF 16949, the international quality standard for the automotive industry. From raw-material selection to the final process, the management standards defined by IATF 16949 are applied.
These factories serve as large-scale OEM production facilities for leading European brands, producing hundreds of thousands of air suspension components annually for automakers across Europe, North America, and Asia.
UB PARTS products are made to that standard, without a brand tag. By leaving the brand name off, we take the added cost out of the price.

Manufactured under the equipment and process controls required by IATF 16949.
Precision Processing
Rubber vulcanization (air springs) and precision metal machining (strut, shock absorber, and valve-block housings) share the same line. Temperature, pressure, and dimensions are controlled in 0.1-second increments to ensure uniform material properties across all five part categories.
Component Assembly
Compressor motor assembly, strut and shock absorber build, and valve-block integration all run on automated lines. Torque control, sealing, and electrical connections are logged per step, delivering consistent assembly precision across all five part categories.
Quality Inspection
The ATC test bench performs airtightness, durability, and functional testing on all five part categories (air spring, strut, shock absorber, compressor, valve block). Current, sealing pressure, and operational data are monitored in real time; any deviation is auto-flagged on monitors to prevent human oversight.

Manufacturing air suspension parts requires more than equipment. Production line management, stage-by-stage quality checks, and final pre-shipment verification — each process is handled with care by experienced floor staff.
