International Shipping
We do not offer overseas delivery for individual/small orders — Japan only. Trade (B2B) orders of 200 kg+ total weight can be shipped overseas; shipping is quoted separately by destination and volume. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, payable in the destination country.
Processing Time
After payment confirmation, products are sourced from overseas, inspected at our facility, and shipped. Lead time varies depending on the manufacturer's stock, so we will inform you of the confirmed delivery date individually after your order. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.
Warranty
All products come with a 180-day quality warranty. For manufacturing defects, replacement is provided after return, inspection, and serial number verification. Warranty claims require photographs of the damage and a description of the circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted. There is no cooling-off period. If incorrect parts are delivered or products are damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. See our Legal Notice for full details.
